What we collect and why
When you send a quote request we store your name, company, email, phone number and the shipment details, so that we can reply with an offer and, if you order, carry out the transport. The legal basis is the preparation and performance of a contract.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted after twelve months. Data connected to a completed transport is kept for the period required by Czech tax and transport law.
Who else sees it
Our email provider delivers the request to our inbox. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else, except carriers and customs authorities involved in your shipment.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Write to the email address on the Contact page. You can also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
